You are precious, and you are resilient. You deserve healing, joy, to feel safe. You deserve to rest, to take a break. A lot is going on right now. Things seem to be getting worse, but the truth is things are getting uncovered. Injustice, senselessly lost lives. Your body remembers. You feel generations of oppression, white supremacy hurting inside you.
